  • I consider this one of my favorite things I've written for our OCs, aside from Asphodel Meadows. Not only is it one of the only things I've written for my favorite relationship, but I love looking into both of these characters' coping mechanisms for the information Chester reveals here. The reaction Jerboa has to this literally permeates the rest of her life and will effect her until the day she dies- it's utterly fascinating to me and I'm glad I was able to express it through writing.

    Asphodel Meadows

  • This is fully based on an AU we have called our Greek AU: basically, Achilles is a mortal man who travels with the God, Gabriel, who is hiding as a human. During their time together, they grow to love one another- but then Achilles is killed and sent to the Asphodel Meadows- a place souls go in the afterlife to harvest Asphodel's for the rest of time, forgetting themselves in the process. Gabriel, unable to cope with the loss of this mortal, goes to the Underworld and strikes a deal with Hades: if he can remind Achilles of who he once was, he will be allowed to leave the Underworld with him and return his soul to his body. This fic covers Gabriel's attempt to remind Achilles who he was.

  • This is one of the first things I had genuinely written for our OCs, and was the first thing I really shared with everyone else. I was very self-conscious of my writing style and SO nervous about sending this I literally sent it then turned off Discord and hid for half an hour. Since then, I've written so much more- so I thank this fic and my beloved friends for giving me confidence in my writing ability. I also adore this fic, haha, I love these two characters.
